We can offer venison spit roasts to suit any occasion. From small family gatherings of 20 people, work parties of 60 all the way up to weddings for 200 people, we have experience in providing a range of catering options. You can opt to have just the meat or we can provide all of the accompaniments including rolls, salads and vegetables. We are also very happy to work alongside other catering companies to provide a full sit down meal experience.
All of our deer is sustainably sourced and is basted and slow cooked over local charcoal for around 8 hours, providing a focal point for your event. It is then hand-butchered and served with fresh bread rolls, a range of salads or as part of a wider, banqueting experience. We provide all of the serving equipment, tables and shelters and are fully food hygiene certified.
We are also willing to discuss other options of cooking. We have experience in cooking pigs over the spit, providing and cooking venison burgers for large numbers and cooking various annimals and vegetables under the ground in a South Pacific Hangi pit oven.
